For Japanese companies facing hiring difficulties in Japan, we partner with Vietnamese government-affiliated companies to provide information on Vietnamese engineers with no problems with their identities, behavior or philosophy. This enables us to minimize problems in Japan. We have attended more than 2,000 interviews of Vietnamese engineers and more than 400 Vietnamese engineers are now working in Japan with our support.
